Clear terms before you commit.

This policy covers separately purchased website, app, design, cloud and related digital services, along with optional courses and academic project support. Read it with the Terms of Service and the written proposal or enrolment terms for your purchase.

Industry internships have no student application, selection, joining, participation, required-supervision or completion-certificate fee. Buying a commercial service is never a condition of internship selection or certification. Contact us if anyone requests such a payment in our name.

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable and any work completed up to the point of termination may be invoiced at a pro-rated rate.

Syraaw Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any engagement without refund if the client violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, fails to make payment, or requests work that is illegal or harmful.

We may also remove access to or modify any part of this website at any time without prior notice.

These commercial cancellation provisions are subject to the agreed scope and applicable law. They do not exclude remedies available under applicable consumer law for deficient services, non-delivery or other protected claims. The Cancellation & Refunds policy explains how to submit a request; internship participation remains free of student fees.

Before enrolling, request the curriculum or deliverables, total fees and taxes if applicable, schedule, cancellation conditions and refund terms in writing. Project-development advance-payment rules do not automatically define a course's refund conditions.

If you need to cancel or report a missed session, access problem or service that differs from the agreed description, send the enrolment reference and a description of the issue. Eligibility depends on the agreed terms, services already supplied and applicable law; this page does not promise a blanket refund or a fixed cancellation window.

Email contact@syraaw.com with the subject Cancellation or refund request. Include your name, contact email, invoice or proposal reference, payment date and amount if relevant, the service involved and the reason for your request. A redacted payment receipt may help; do not send passwords, OTPs or full card or bank details.

A cancellation or refund request is not itself an approval. The request is assessed against the written agreement, work or learning services supplied, and the issue reported. Ask for the decision and any proposed deductions, approved refund amount, repayment method and expected processing date in writing. Any refund must follow applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

Report non-delivery, duplicate charges or services that do not match the agreed scope with the relevant records so the issue can be reviewed. Existing cancellation clauses do not remove remedies available under applicable consumer law. You may seek an explanation or challenge a decision through the contact below.

These are digital services. Physical shipping and product-return arrangements are not part of the services described on this website. Delivery milestones, source-file handover and access are defined in the written project agreement and Terms of Service.
